What led me into this work wasn’t a career plan, it was direct experience inside a body managing complex chronic illness and CPTSD. I navigated POTS/dysautonomia, post-viral syndrome, ME/CFS, MCAS symptoms, and trauma-related nervous system collapse within a medical system that struggled to account for the full complexity of my symptoms.
Living inside that kind of body, (exhausted, reactive, overwhelmed), showed me how trauma physiology can masquerade as illness, how illness can mimic trauma, and how the two weave together.
My work now is the work I needed then: evidence-informed nervous-system-first support for complex, chronic conditions.

I believe transparency matters, especially in a field where so many people have been dismissed, misunderstood, or misled. I am not a licensed medical or mental health provider, and I do not diagnose, treat, or promise the resolution of any condition. My work is educational and nervous-system–informed, drawing from trauma-informed training, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, and holistic health principles. Everything I teach is designed to complement , not replace, your existing medical care.
I blend clinical frameworks with firsthand understanding to teach techniques that support regulation, pacing, and physiologic safety. I focus on accessibility, clarity, and slow, sustainable change. My role is not to act as your clinician, but to serve as a guide; someone who helps you better understand your body, reduce overwhelm, experience fewer flare-ups, and advocate more confidently with your medical team.
